He has 20 years of project experience enhancing value streams, technologies, and organizational structures to accelerate customer value creation and achieve dramatic improvements in operational performance. Larry's prior roles include the Senior Vice President of Worldwide Product Development and Technical Support for Attachmate Corporation, a Senior Management Consultant for The Concours Group, and the Vice President of Moore Technology Solutions for Moore Corporation.

K.C. O'Mara is a principal of AGILEAN Corporation and prior founder of Shamrock Consulting, LLC. She has 20 years of experience in operations and organizational development management consulting focused on organizational design and process improvement in the technology, healthcare and non-profit sectors. K.C.’s prior roles include positions at high-paced companies such as Airborne Express, Microsoft, and The Casey Family Program prior to successfully developing a consulting practice in 1994 and partnering with AGILEAN in 2007.
