Management Consultant - Management Consultants own the overall success of AGILEAN's customer's continuous performance improvement projects. You will be responsible for account management, value stream analysis, technology mapping, organizational effectiveness, and creation of return-on-investment and management metrics.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

Energy and ambition to exceed customer expectations
Prior consulting experience in productivity improvement, Lean Production, and/or business process automation for the office environment
Superior customer relationship skills
Ability to work effectively within a team and leading teams
Excellent problem assessment and resolution skills
Demonstrated change management skills
Ability to produce consistent results on time and on budget
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Able and willing to travel as required for company business
Minimum 7-10 years experience
