Management Consultant

Management Consultants own the overall success of AGILEAN's customer's complex business and IT projects. You will be responsible for account management, value delivery, operational effectiveness, and performance outcomes.

The successful candidate will posses the following:

  • Energy and ambition to exceed customer expectations
  • Prior consulting experience in project management and process improvement
  • Prior experience applying Agile and Lean techniques
  • Superior customer relationship skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and leading teams
  • Excellent problem assessment and resolution skills
  • Demonstrated change management skills
  • Ability to produce consistent results on time and on budget
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Able and willing to travel as required for company business
  • Minimum 7-10 years experience
