AREVA T&D Customer Testimonial Matrix Management The following matrix management testimonial was provided to AGILEAN by Spero Mensah, Vice President of AREVA T&D Worldwide Systems Marketing. # # # # “AREVA T&D Corporation is a premier provider of software solutions for the global energy market. We were listed last year (as Alstom Esca) by the Puget Sound Business Journal as the second largest software company in Washington State's Puget Sound region. “The energy marketplace is rapidly evolving. Our customers are asking for stronger integration and security of their power generation, transmission, and distribution management systems. “To meet these changing demands, AREVA T&D restructured its organization to increase synergies between our diverse lines of business. Although our organization changed, many of our internal procedures did not. We called on AGILEAN to help put the new organization to work. “AGILEAN immediately made an impact. From a series of interviews leading up to a senior leader workshop, AGILEAN highlighted areas that were working and recommended actions for other areas needing attention.
