AREVA T&D Customer Testimonial Continuous Performance Improvement The following continuous performance improvement testimonial was provided to AGILEAN by Larry Cochrane, Vice President of AREVA T&D Worldwide Research & Development. # # # # “AREVA T&D Corporation is a premier provider of solutions for the global energy market. As a wholly owned subsidiary of AREVA, we offer a complete range of electrical software and hardware, products and services. “Traditionally, each of our five R&D offices located in three countries participated in independent market segments with minimum overlap. Today, there is increasing customer demand for a totally integrated suite of energy trading, generation, transmission, and distribution applications. “To tackle these new demands our five international R&D offices need to act as one. I asked AGILEAN to help launch a program of continuous performance improvement to attain CMMI Level 3 capabilities and dramatically increase office synergies. AGILEAN made an immediate difference. Interviews AGILEAN conducted with R&D staff and stakeholders at each of site established our current baseline; and also educated and motivated employees on the need and benefit of change. “From the knowledge of our operations, AGILEAN designed and facilitated a five day performance improvement workshop. It was the best workshop I’ve ever attended and well worth the time invested.
