children. Every year, staff think through processes and
outcomes and attempt to improve the efficiency of the
organization in order to deliver the greatest benefit to

"After attending your workshop on value stream mapping, the
Little Wishes group figured out how to reduce their staffing
total by 1.5, a 20% reduction. When a larger group of staff
was invited to come to a value stream mapping workshop, one
