Bellevue, WA —

AGILEAN and SolutionsIQ have partnered to launch Lean & Agile training services that introduce concepts drawn from Lean Manufacturing & Agile Software development. The initial offering, Lean Thinking for the Information Worker, is a one-day workshop scheduled for March 9th, 2010 at SolutionsIQ’s Agile Learning Center in Redmond, WA. The course demonstrates how to successfully apply Lean & Agile methods for increasing customer value while eliminating wasteful business operations activities, and is intended for a business audience.

Larry Schuiski, President & CEO of AGILEAN, says “Introducing a Lean course into an established Agile training catalog offers a chance to promote the cross-industry benefits of Lean [and deliver] low-risk, high-value improvements to business processes." Charlie Rudd, CEO of SolutionsIQ concurs; "The partnership provides an opportunity to extend the benefits of Lean & Agile practices to a broader audience within the enterprise, while offering a unique training opportunity for students."
