Rapid Results Workshops

The primary purpose of AGILEAN’s rapid results workshops is to transfer knowledge to employees on how to use Agile project management and Lean process improvement techniques to maximize process performance.

During a Rapid Results Workshop, employees cover much of the Agile & Lean office course work that is available from AGILEAN’s Employee Education Service. In a Rapid Results Workshop employees are engaged in just-in-time training so they can apply what they've just learned to their own environment.

Unlike traditional course based education, AGILEAN’s Rapid Result Workshops target cost-justified incremental process improvements, some which are successfully implemented during the workshop engagement.
