Value Stream Mapping AGILEAN delivers professional services to develop visual value stream maps of flows that create value-added information. Examples of common information value streams are proposal generation, order processing, product development, product launch, fulfillment, customer service, etc. The scope of Value Stream Mapping includes: Ø Information flows forming the value stream Ø Information roles accessing the value stream Ø Information technology tools used within the value stream Value Stream Mapping may be performed within a single organization or between organizations. Value Stream Mapping is typically from one to three calendar weeks, depending on complexity.
