Information Values & Principles Lean Office is an approach to maximize the value of information within an office environment. But ask different employees to define the value of information and you may get as many different answers. It is not possible to maximize something if everyone has a different view of what is being maximized. AGILEAN facilitates information Values & Principles discovery workshops. AGILEAN’s discovery workshops provide an active and participatory learning environment. Attendees leave with actionable information values & principles that can be applied the next day to increase the value of information. The scope of this discovery workshop can be across the entire organization or just one department or group.
